Palm Beach, Florida – August 1, 2017 – Tina Fanjul Associates reported year-to-date, condominium sales (mid town) are the winner with sold volume up 103% , total closed sales up 50% with the median sales price of $1,979,138 up 31% from last year.

Residential (between the Inlet and Sloans Curve) also had strong climbs with sold volume up 47%. Wells Road to the Inlet reported median sales price of $4,225,000 up 8%, Wells Road to Worth Avenue reported the median price of $3,250,000 down 10% and Worth Avenue to Sloans Curve of $16,668,900 up 86%.

This year we expect land values to continue driving the market upwards. We conclude that your purchases and sales in 2017 proved to be a strong, sound investment.
