Best Selling Homes in last 6 months – Palm Beach Market Update

Palm Beach, Florida – September 15, 2016 – Tina Fanjul Associates reports the best selling price range in homes located between the Inlet and Worth Ave were sold under $2.5 and those sold between $3.5 and $4.5.  The lower end price range were tear downs or needed major renovations.  The over $3.5 price range were homes that had been updated, had natural light, updated kitchen and baths. The best selling price range in the Estate Section were the luxury market priced over $5,000,000 and on the water.
