Marianella Monsalve de Velarde was born in Lambayeque Peru where she began her management and business career. Marianella distinguished herself by being the first women in the Lambayeque Chamber of Commerce‘s 100 year history to sit on the Board of Directors from 1998 to 2000. Further recognition of her expertise was acknowledged when she was asked to participate in the evolving government of Peru; serving as Second Vice President of the Peruvian Congress. Having successes in agriculture, banking and import/export trade between South America and the United States, Marianella has great real estate business experience. With this experience, she attained her CIPS and Transnational Certification making her uniquely qualified to provide international real estate services. Marianella specializes in residential property transactions, international relocation and real estate investing and development.
