Meet Charlie
Florida Real Estate AgentA Miami native, Charlie Grande was born and raised in Coral Gables. He graduated from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2022, double majoring in Marketing and International Business with concentrations in Europe and Latin America. He also played on the Division I tennis team all four years, where he learned the value of teamwork and time management. Passionate about Miami real estate from a young age, Charlie capitalized on his free time during the COVID pandemic by obtaining his real estate license and closing two homes.
He also explored his love of languages during this time, achieving fluency in Portuguese and Italian in addition to his native English and Spanish. After graduating from Georgetown, he enrolled in the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he is scheduled to graduate in 2025. Charlie is currently a legal intern at Capital Title, an experience that has allowed him to gain an understanding of the law supporting real estate transactions.
