About Kimberly Whetsel

Kimberly feels very fortunate to call Palm Beach County home. The sun, sand, and surf plus the quaint shops and “big city” conveniences make this area a perfect backdrop for her. After graduating from the University of Florida, Kimberly was appointed the marketing director of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. She worked with the team to promote Palm Beach County as a sports tourism destination which gave her comprehensive knowledge of the area as well as the people who live and work in the community.

Kimberly had the opportunity to use this knowledge when joining Tina Fanjul Associates to begin her real estate career in a place she wanted to call home. Over the last five years, Kimberly has served her clients well by sharing her thorough knowledge of the area, its people, homes, estates and luxurious condominiums. Kimberly also provides her clients with referrals to integrate them into the community. You can ask her to provide information on home improvements, schools, transportation, restaurants, fitness and golf, arts and music, plus shopping. Kimberly specializes in second homes, renovations, and has an in-depth knowledge of the relocation process. Kimberly is an avid runner and participates in marathons nationally, the most recent being the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington D.C.
