She graduated from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She then attended Nova Southeastern University for law school, where she graduated with a J.D. in 2011.

She currently resides in the north end of Palm Beach with her husband and their four young children.
