I wanted to take a minute and drop you a note to let you know how very helpful you have been to Gay and myself in locating a home and closing on it in Palm Beach .
We came to Palm Beach on Memorial Day weekend this year , not knowing you but having been referred to you by our friends , the Le Masters. They suggested that we may want to look, through you, at an available unit for sale in their complex near the Four Seasons .
Within a short period of time , using your Memorial Day weekend time , you had shown us 14 apartments in a variety of buildings . The 1Sth apartment we fell in love with and by June 3rd had signed an agreement of sale to purchase . We settled on July 3Qth and now , thanks to your expert advice and boundless energy ,we have what will be our new home in Palm Beach.
Both Gay and Ihave been in the real estate field for many , many years .We want you to know that neither of us have had dealings with a real estate representative who has as much drive , knowledge of her market and ability to understand the needs of her clients as you have .You not only helped to find the right place for us but also helped us successfully implement the entire process from negotiating the agreement of sale up to and including the settlement .You were with us throughout the entire process paying close attention to every detailfor us .
In addition to the transaction itself , you’ve given us most valuable advice as to furniture suppliers and contractors for work which we will now have done in the apartment .

My husband and I just bought a property in Admirals Cove . Our agent was Helene Sidel .
We had an extremely short time period set aside to understand the real estate market (first time in Florida) and to understand what kind of property would suit our needs .
In order to prepare for our trip and house search we contacted several agents . Only Helene got back to us with immediate follow up and full answers to our inquiries .
Due to her obvious proactive approach we set up initial contact with her once we arrived so she could show (educate) us in what is being offered .

I just thought it appropriate to send you a brief note about our
stay in Casa de Campo at the end of 2013 and early 2014. It was nothing
short of fabulous. The villa we rented through Jesse was perfect, with both
the accommodation itself plus our house person, Bruni, both contributing
mightily to the experience.
One last word about Jesse. He could not have been more gracious or
helpful. Whatever we needed, he provided, and we look forward to renting
with him next year.
